All products at KB are made in India and special care is taken right from fabric selection to finishing of products to ensure best quality.

Currently KB is present in all major online retailers like amazon.in , flipkart.com & firstcry.com. It is also present in a few stores in Chennai and Bangalore. It is also sold through its own website www.kadambaby.com

Conceptualized in 2012 by a NIFT alumni, KB is now managed by a group of entrepreneurs.

The team:

We are a small with diverse but relevant academic backgrounds and industry experiences. 

Shuchi is a PG in apparel marketing and merchandising management from NIFT with apparel manufacturing and retail experience of 10+ years. She has a diverse experience of working in export house, brands and retail industry in various companies in India and USA. 
About how the idea of starting KB came about, she says “After coming back from US, I could barely find anything in India in this space ie. someone offering good quality stuff at decent prices. That’s what made me start thinking of the huge gap in the Indian market for reasonably priced, superior quality products for infants and kids… and thats how Kadamababy was born”

Priyaranjan is an MBA in Finance with 10+ years of experience in IT and sales. He has worked as business analyst and pre-sales in IT companies and banks.

Snigdha is a NIFT alumni and has 12+ years of work experience in the apparel, retail and e-commerce industry. She oversees business development and vendor relationship at KB.

Future Plans

KB’s focus is to become one of the most trusted brands in room décor, furnishings and essentials for all moms- dads- expectant parents- relatives of kids in the age group of 0-5 years. With new age parenting, creativity and personalization in building nursery has a huge potential in India, with even tier II cities catching up on the trend. KB has a pipeline of products that it would introduce over the next few months, and the goal is to build a pan-India presence over the next few years.
